2. CALL YOUR PAST PATIENTS or PATIENTS BOOKED BEFORE THE LOCKDOWN, SHUTDOWN or Whatever you call it...
Connect with them in an authentic way, see how they are doing with their condition, and find a way to help them over "VIDEO THERAPY" or even just a phone call.
REMEMBER to schedule them for a FREE or PAID "VIDEO VISIT", let them try it first.
During that "VIDEO TREATMENT" session, be the BEST provider! So they continue to book for follow-up sessions.
3. CALL FORWARDING.
Whether you have a front-office staff working from home or you yourself does it for now, make sure to route all Office Calls to a dedicated phone to make sure you are available for your clients.
It only takes a minute or two to forward calls... If you're using a VOIP - call your provider to route your calls to you.
